Are you looking for some extra hours at a time that suits you to help you balance your work and family life? We are currently recruiting Technicians on a sessional basis, working across Lanarkshire, part of the well-respected Equipment and Adaptation Service in Motherwell. These rewarding posts help us ensure people have access to a range of equipment and adaptations to help them live safely within their own homes and communities.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for the delivery, removal, installation, and demonstration of a range of equipment which are provided to help people with their daily living. You will also undertake equipment maintenance, repair, and removal from service users’ homes. You will be provided with access to a vehicle to use during your working hours.

We are looking for applicants who have worked directly with the public. You should also be experienced in the use of hand and power tools such as drills and grinders. General DIY skills would be advantageous.

You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
