This is your chance to lead and grow the Volunteer North Lanarkshire Project, supporting individuals and creating vibrant, active communities. In this key role, you will assist in the development and delivery of high-quality volunteering programmes that make a lasting impact.
As a Volunteer Co-ordinator, you will take responsibility for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers across a range of services. You will work closely with partner organisations to develop sustainable volunteer-led models and ensure best practice in volunteer management. Your role will also involve building strong partnerships, driving innovation in volunteer learning and development, and contributing to continuous improvement across all volunteering initiatives.
To succeed, you will bring demonstrable experience in managing volunteering programmes and services, along with a proven track record in volunteer recruitment. You should have the ability to co-ordinate and deliver training programmes, engage effectively with stakeholders, and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible, enthusiastic approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
