An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workforce Systems Development Lead to join our People Resources team within North Lanarkshire Council.

You will have a key role in developing the Council’s Workforce Systems to ensure they meet the organisations requirements, proactively identifying areas of improvement and working with stakeholders across People Resources to deliver these.

You will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent SCQF Level 9 qualification, have substantial relevant experience in a HR Systems role with expertise in developing large scale workforce systems to meet business requirements. You will be an excellent communicator, have excellent analytical skills and a proven track record in the management and delivery of change.

This is a full-time role for 35 hours per week. This post is temporary until 31st March 2024.

You will be joining a dynamic team that work a hybrid model of home-working and office-based working in the civic Centre, Motherwell. You may be required to travel throughout North Lanarkshire as required in line with your role.
