This is an exciting time to join the Service Development Team within Environment, Housing, and Infrastructure to support work to deal with Elected Member and General Public enquiries for Housing Services.

 

Working closely with Housing Services Managers and colleagues you will support the service to identify, respond to and analyse a range of information, prepare responses to routine enquiries and support Freedom of Information (FoI) and Subject Access Requests (SAR) as required.

 

You will be confident working across a range of systems to both input and extract data and use this to provide statistical information and a range of visual aids to support ongoing service improvement work.

 

You will have relevant clerical experience within an office environment and a working knowledge of common ICT systems including Microsoft office.

 

Organisational and time management skills are essential as is experience of working to tight and varying deadlines.

 

 

You will have effective customer service skills and literacy and numeracy skills.  

 

You will have a flexible and positive approach to change, attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks accurately without additional quality assurance and be a team player.

 

An SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent or a Customer Service Professional Award would be desirable as would experience of working with different agencies or using purchasing systems and being able to find solutions using your own initiative.
