We are looking for a well organised individual within the Customer Service Unit to ensure effective customer service is provided to our stakeholders and customers.

 

 

Duties for the post include working as part of a multi-functional Customer Service Team providing high quality customer focused service delivery across a wide range of services through a variety of channels including telephone, face to face and electronic methods.

 

 

It is essential that you have experience of working in a customer service role and carrying out a wide range of support duties, as well as working with a range of software packages including Microsoft Outlook and databases.  It is also essential that you have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, work to deadlines and quality standards and have effective organisational, customer care and communication skills as well as being self-motivated and resilient when handling some challenging and vulnerable client groups.

 

 

It is desirable you have an SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.

 

 

Please note that this post is temporary, subject to business needs and funding until March 2023 or until the requirement for the post ceases, whichever date is the earlier.
