Finance Operational Manager (Renfrewshire Health & Social Care Partnership)
The Finance Operational Manager will play a significant role in providing strategic financial leadership, developing and improving the provision of financial advice, analysis and information within the Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
As a senior finance professional within the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), you will be expected to gain understanding of operations and thereby support, challenge and influence all financial management matters and service decisions.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will support the Finance Business Partner to work with the Senior Management Team to provide all aspects of financial professional advice and guidance. This will include providing leadership on any financial aspects with regards to Eclipse Financial system.
You will be a fully professionally qualified CCAB Accountant or equivalent with evidence of continuing, relevant professional and personal development.
You must have a record of achievement at senior management level in a finance/accountancy environment and proven experience in strategic partnerships, service improvements and transformation projects, budgetary management and control, staff management, risk analysis and awareness and working in a demanding client base.
The ability to deliver financial management and to provide and analyse financial information, knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and accounting codes aswell as effective analytical skills to allow the exploration, evaluation and interpretation of information and opinions and utilisation of management and information systems is essential.
It is also essential you have the ability to make recommendations based on sound risk management principles and contingency planning, within financial legal and ethical frameworks aswell as effective Organisational, report writing, presentation and communication skills.
