The Fundraising team for Paisley Museum Reimagined is looking for an energetic team player to provide administrative support to the Capital Appeal & Fundraising Manager and Board of Trustees. Reporting to the Capital Appeal & Fundraising Manager, the role will include database management, research and the cultivation of mid to low-level funding prospects. You will be responsible for collating information to harness the database and produce prospect information. You should be effective at event administration and support and be able to update and maintain the capital appeal website.

 

 

 

A key requirement will be to foster excellent working relationships with the PMR project management team; capital campaign trustees and prospects; and Renfrewshire Council’s marketing and communications team.

 

 

 

You must hold a HNC qualification or have equivalent work experience, experience of marketing and promotional tools to support fundraising campaigns and activity, an understanding of GDPR and how it is observed in the context of charitable fundraising and track record in record keeping and data management.

 

 

 

Effective writing and communication skills, IT Skills, an understanding of website development, and their maintenance and ability to work to plans, prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure is essential.

 

 

 

Ability to work proactively on own initiative whilst working supportively as part of a team, proficient in the management of CRM databases and ability to work evenings and weekends when required Is also essential.

 

 

 

Experience of supporting fundraising in a non-profit organisation, Appreciation of the Arts and Heritage sectors, knowledge of social media monitoring tools, website development and CMS are desirable.

 

 

 

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desirable.
