Future Paisley is a ground-breaking cultural regeneration programme, which is investing £7million in over 80 projects that uses culture to transform people’s lives. As we enter the final year of the 5-year programme, which includes events, cultural performance, activities, and national partnerships, we are seeking a new member of the team to support evaluation of the programme and tell the story of the benefits and impact of cultural regeneration, following Paisley’s bid for UK City of Culture 2021.

The role of the Monitoring & Evaluation Support Officer will be instrumental in evaluating the impact Future Paisley activity against the programme’s 5 step changes. The role requires attention to detail, competency in extracting critical data from a variety of sources and the ability to identify gaps in information. The postholder will build positive relationships and regular communication with a number of Project Leads, across different organisations, who each contribute to the Future Paisley programme. This includes requesting and co-ordinating updates on projects and programmes to meet reporting deadlines.
