To apply for this role, you will need to be a fully Charted QS member of the RICS.
You must have experience of delivering quality projects on time and within budget, experience in the preparation of tender documentation and all aspects of budget development and project cost control.
It is essential you have knowledge of all aspects of practice in Quantity Surveying, working knowledge of all current Building Contracts, have an awareness of current CDM Regulations and you have ability to act as team leader in the surveying team.
You must be able to contribute to the development of innovative design solutions, as part of an integrated design team, possess effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work individually or as member of team.
