Workstream Lead (Planned & Cyclical Asset Management) – Temporary
Renfrewshire Council’s Housing Innovations Project (HIP) is offering an exciting internal opportunity for a motivated and technically skilled colleague to take on the role of Workstream Lead (Planned & Cyclical Asset Management)
This is a key position within the team, leading on modules and processes connected to asset management, compliance, planned investment and cyclical maintenance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage and maintain our housing assets, supporting the delivery of a modern, robust and customer focused service.

About the Role
As Workstream Lead, you will act as the primary contact for the allocated business area, lead on the implementation and configuration of several Housing Management System modules relating to asset management and compliance, bring technical expertise in housing asset processes and associated information management systems and manage day to day activities and staff within your workstream, ensuring delivery of key project milestones.
You will support effective data, performance and reporting improvements, work collaboratively with project teams, business leads and system suppliers to ensure high quality system design and testing aswell as Identifying risks, ensuring robust testing, and help delivering user training and guidance
You will also contribute to a positive project culture rooted in quality, accountability and customer focus.

What We’re Looking For
It is essential you have experience in the setup, administration, and maintenance of a Housing Management System, technical experience of subject matter area and related information management systems and experience in staff supervision.
You must have effective IT, numeracy, communication and report writing skills with the ability to work within a multi-function team and with related information management systems.
You must also be an output-based problem solver, who is flexible and uses initiative when making decisions.
A HNC / Diploma in Housing or relevant equivalent, working knowledge of Housing legislation and knowledge of performance management systems is desirable but not essential.
