Workstream Lead (Responsive Repairs) – Temporary

Help shape the Future of Housing – Join Phase 2 of Our Innovations Project!

Renfrewshire Council is entering Phase 2 of our Housing Innovations Project, driving forward bold changes to deliver smarter, faster, and more customer-focused housing services. We’re looking for a Workstream Lead (Responsive Repairs) to play a pivotal role in shaping this transformation.

What’s the Role?

You’ll lead the Responsive Repairs workstream, overseeing everything from repair diagnostics and appointment scheduling to contractor and materials management. You’ll define and configure modules in our new Housing Management System, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier performance.

What we’re looking for:

You will have experience in the setup, administration, and maintenance of a Housing Management System, Technical experience of subject matter area and related information management systems aswell as experience in staff supervision.

You must be an output-based problem solver, have effective IT, numeracy, communication and report writing skills.

It is essential you have the ability to use initiative when making decisions, able to organise own workload and workload of others, work to deadlines and work flexibly.

A HNC / Diploma in Housing or relevant equivalent is desirable but not essential
