A Vacancy has arisen for a Personnel Assistant within Personnel Services, Finance and Corporate Resources. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and provide proactive support to employees and managers in relation to a wide range of HR related enquiries and policy matters.
About the Role
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the workload of a small team of Clerical Assistants within our busy HR transactions team. The team are responsible for liaising closely with employees and line managers to process complex changes to employees’ contracts of employment and pay, in line with agreed timescales.
You will be a confident communicator with previous experience of working in a busy, customer focused environment, who is resilient, positive and quick to learn. You should have the ability to work successfully as part of a team, in a highly professional manner, whilst always exercising confidentiality and discretion. Supervisory experience is not essential however, would be an advantage.
Working to deadlines is key part of this role therefore the successful applicants should have a keen eye for detail, be calm under pressure and be able to proactively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment so that our customer service standards are maintained at all times and the required deadlines are met.
