We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join the MECS Team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, including scanning and filing paperwork, updating the Chubb system with relevant information, maintaining accurate records by adding notes to various systems, and handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

The role also involves arranging basic telecare installations, scheduling community visits, coordinating appointments, and acting as a key point of contact for service users, colleagues, and partner agencies. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people are essential for this busy and rewarding role.
