Cowie Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and efficient School Administrator to lead our school office - an exciting and challenging role which requires a broad range of administrative and people skills.

This is a permanent post, 20 hours per week during term time (8.30am – 12.30pm, Monday to Friday). Working under the direction of the Headteacher, you will be a vital part of our team – acting as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and professionals. With a key front-of-house role, you will use your excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing information and support with warmth, professionalism, and care.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference. You’ll work closely with an experienced leadership team, lovely children, supportive families, and dedicated staff team who are passionate about helping every child succeed.
