Bar & Catering Manager - Cultural Venues

Job Description

We are recruiting for a talented, passionate and friendly Bar + Catering Manager to join our Cultural Venue team at Tolbooth and The Albert Halls Stirling. Our venues are the home of live music and events in Stirling, and we are looking for someone who is ready for a new challenge to lead our busy bar offering for our venues, as we deliver an exciting programme of year round events from live music, to comedy and festivals. The successful candidate will be someone with enough experience and skill to be able to take on this role and run our bars and cafe with confidence. We are looking for an individual who is creative, but also has the ability to plan ahead and work within set budgets. Our offering is developing and expanding, and you’ll be joining at a time when you’ll have the opportunity to help redesign our offer, and contribute to our vision.
