An exciting opportunity has arisen within Stirling Council’s Facilities Management for two Cleaning Assistant's at Bannockburn High School (ASN Unit, Bluebell House)
The post will involve providing 10 hours per week professional cleaning service on a 39 week basis. The hours are to cover the needs of the school which are 10 hrs per week Monday - Friday and paid at Stirling Council Grade 1. Approx times. Mon Tues 4pm – 6pm & Wed – Fri 3.15pm – 5.15pm.
Applicants should be capable of lifting heavy items, using cleaning machinery including electric buffing machines, scrubber dryers and vacuum cleaners. Be able to clean surfaces to head height and prepared to work alone.
Applicants will also require a basic working knowledge of IT and be willing to undertake training to allow them to utilise Stirling Council online training and human resources IT applications.
Personal protective equipment, tools and training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
