We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to cover an internal secondment from September 2026 to June 2027. This is a term time post working 39 weeks a year, 20 hours per week. These hours would preferably be worked between 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, however there may be some flexibility in the agreed working pattern.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support working within the school office ensuring effective and efficient service delivery in accordance with School and Council policies. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for vital day-to-day administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task as part of a supportive school office team and wider school community.
McLaren High School is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland, on the southern edge of Callander—an easy commute from the Central Belt, just 25 minutes from Stirling and 45 minutes from Glasgow.
