Stirling Council is seeking a motivated Community Development Officer (Equality & Inclusion) to support communities across Stirling, with a particular focus on creating supportive and inclusive communities, community cohesion support to underrepresented groups.
You will work alongside communities and partner organisations to build capacity, reduce inequalities and increase participation in community life. Using inclusive, anti‑racist and asset‑based approaches, you will support community-led activity, partnership working and local implementation of equality and inclusion priorities.
You should have experience of community development or community engagement, a strong commitment to equality and human rights, and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse communities.
