Job Description

We’re recruiting for a talented, passionate and friendly Cook to join our Cultural Venue team at Tolbooth and The Albert Halls Stirling, as we launch our brand new food offering. We’re creating a welcoming, friendly and lively space with delicious food, including vegan options, and a focus on local suppliers. Our aim is to establish a loyal following of customers from the local area, and to create a home away from home for visitors, a space where everyone feels welcome. All centred on a delish house made menu. We are looking for someone who is ready for a new challenge, and would like to be part of our team as we launch a new café in Stirling’s largest venue for live events. You’ll be given the opportunity to help design our cafe menu with our Bar and Catering Manager, and contribute to our Café vision. The successful candidate will be someone with enough experience and skill to be able to take on this role and run their own kitchen with confidence. We are looking for an individual who is creative in the kitchen, but also has the ability to plan ahead and work within set timescales and budgets.
