We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team who has a passion for ensuring that our neighbourhoods are clean, safe, and secure. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide a responsive and effective estate management service. This post offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work in a pro-active manner and to be a visible presence in our Council estates, building positive relationships with tenants and residents in order that tenancy conditions are complied with.

You will ensure records are kept up to date and contribute to the recording of key performance indicators to ensure compliance with Council priorities and outcomes as well as maintaining updated knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

If you want to contribute to ensuring our Council estates are pleasant to live in, and tackle issues that may be preventing this, then this post may be for you.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children and Adults. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.

If you’ve got the right skills for the job we want to hear from you. We encourage applications from the right candidates regardless of age (restrictions apply to Modern Apprenticeships), disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, belief or race.
