An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Support Worker within the Parent and Family Support Team. This post will focus on delivering whole family support to families of children/young people with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties, specifically autism, including those who attend our local primary and secondary support provisions.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate relevant professional learning and direct experience of delivering whole family support and working with children / young people who have neurodevelopmental difficulties, specifically autism, and their families.
This post is funded for 12 months.
