An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Support Worker within the Parent and Family Support Team in Schools, Learning and Education. The Parent and Family Support Team delivers early and preventative support to families with children aged 2 up until the end of primary school. Support is flexible and tailored to families’ needs and is delivered through 1:1 support and a range of evidence-based group supports.

The post is full time, 35 hours per week, extended year. The role involves home visiting and working in community settings with an office base at Back O’ Hill, Stirling.

The successful applicant will require to be educated to HNC Level or have a qualification relevant to the post and have experience working with families on a 1-1 basis and in facilitating group-work.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children adn Adluts. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
