The Bellfield Centre is seeking experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Supply Intermediate Care Workers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has experience as a Social Care worker and is passionate about making a real difference to people using our fully integrated health and social care Intermediate care service at the Bellfield Centre.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and person-centred worker who can demonstrate strong values and a desire to work in partnership to improve outcomes for people using the service.

You must have experience providing professional care and support to older people and have knowledge and understanding of intermediate care.

You must have good organisational skills and communication skills and be committed to teamwork.
