Job Description

Housing Services within Stirling Council are currently looking to recruit Joiners to work with our in-house trade teams. We currently provide Repairs and Maintenance services across our housing portfolio as well as undertaking refurbishment works, property adaptations and the construction of new build housing for our tenants. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of joiner works and undertake responsive repairs and general day to day maintenance. The successful candidate must have a full driving license and be willing to participate in an out of hours standby/emergency service. In order to meet our customer expectations there may be an opportunity for candidates to participate in a four day rolling shift pattern. The shift will consist of an extended working day with enhanced hourly rates. Previous applicants do not need to apply.
