Our Promise Lead Officer is a key role in ensuring service design and strategic planning that is in keeping with the aims and vision of the Promise. This will include engaging with children, families, communities and partners to consult and co-produce services that can support the delivery of these aims.
We are looking for a dynamic, confident and highly motivated individual with degree level qualifications and successful experience of engaging people to work towards a shared aim.
As well as the relevant qualifications and experience, qualities we are looking for in the successful candidate are, a can-do attitude, vision, passionate about supporting children and their families, energy, initiative, good communication skills and self-discipline. This is a fixed term, part time role (funded until March 2027). Further conversation will be held with the preferred appointable candidate to confirm working patterns, in line with the needs of the service, however there is scope for some flexibility.
