Job Description

Raploch Primary is a non-denominational school serving the Raploch area of Stirling and is situated within Raploch Community Campus in Drip Road. An opportunity has arisen for a Principal Teacher to join the nurturing, dynamic, values-driven and supportive team at Raploch Primary. As Principal Teacher you will be a core member of the school’s leadership team and will have delegated operational management responsibility for curricular and pastoral areas of work in addition to teaching an assigned class. You will model the highest standards of learning and teaching and will inspire, motivate and support colleagues in the development of their own classroom practice. You will have excellent pedagogical knowledge of learning and teaching and a depth of exemplary teaching experience, including relevant experience of closing the attainment gap. This appointment will commence August 2024
