Stirling Council Schools, Learning and Education Service seeks to appoint a qualified, motivated and experienced School Counsellor to work as part of our School Counselling Service, based at Wallace High School. You will be a highly skilled and values led professional who is passionate about supporting the emotional wellbeing of children and young people. We ensure that all staff have access to supervision and provide regular opportunities for team contact, support and professional learning.
Applications are invited from qualified Counsellors with experience of working with children and young people between the ages of 10-18 years. Registration with an appropriate professional body is required such as the BACP or COSCA.
The post is permanent and will be on a contractual basis of 35 hours per week, and the successful candidate will work on a term-time basis (i.e School Year).
