We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner to join Etive House, our dedicated autism provision. You will support young people with ASD by creating tailored learning experiences, promoting wellbeing, and facilitating inclusion within the mainstream school and during educational excursions.

  • Enhance Learning: Develop creative curriculums and activities that meet individual needs.
  • Wellbeing: Provide robust emotional and academic support.
  • Enable Inclusion: Support students in mainstream classes and on community trips.
  • Lead Innovation: Contribute to whole-school development and inclusive strategy.

What We Offer

  • A highly supportive, collaborative, and flexible team environment.
  • Our school is ideally situated, 40 minutes from both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
  • The opportunity to make a school-wide impact on neurodivergent education.

Please note that the interview date: Wednesday 24th June and our start date: Monday 10th August 2026

Please note that although the application process allows the uploading of a CV (resume), this is not a requirement for teaching posts and if submitted will not be taken into account during shortlisting to ensure a consistent approach for assessing all candidates. You should instead fully answer the question section with all relevant experience and skills.

The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.

If you’ve got the right skills for the job we want to hear from you. We encourage applications from the right candidates regardless of age (restrictions apply to Modern Apprenticeships), disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, belief or race.
