Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced project engineer to join Stirling Council’s Sustainable Development Team to help deliver a wide range of projects to help tackle climate change. The successful candidate will be key to delivering a variety of projects ranging from strategic transport plans but also others supporting our Climate and Nature Emergency Plan.
The successful candidate will not only be a competent project manager but have the technical ability and experience to challenge and guide those preparing designs on our behalf. Ideally with a background in the design of complex projects with competing demands you will be comfortable in interpreting design guidance to effectively contribute to the delivery of sustainable development projects, primarily for active travel.
You will have a proven track record in project delivery and budget management whilst being a confident and clear communicator.
