We are looking for a motivated Social Care Officer to join our Reception Service Team (Intake). This busy frontline team provides crisis support, short‑term interventions and early help to adults across the local area.

In this role, you will:

  • Work as part of a duty team responding to urgent enquiries and situations
  • Carry out assessments and plan short‑term support
  • Work closely with health professionals, Police Scotland, carers, care providers and third‑sector partners
  • Use an asset‑based approach to help individuals build on their strengths and access community resources
  • Maintain clear, accurate case recording and contribute to effective decision‑making

This post offers a hybrid working model, combining office‑based and remote working.
