An exciting opportunity has arisen for a social worker to join us. The post holder will be part of an Adult Social Care team, located within the Stirling Health and Social Care Partnership.
The post holder will be line managed by the Team Manager of the Reception Services team. You will work within an outcomes based framework to carry out individual assessments, and to plan, manage and review care.
The role also includes Council Officer Duties for Adult Support and Protection.
The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Children and Adults. If your application is progressed after the interview, you will be asked to complete the form and have your details verified.
