Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership is seeking a motivated Social Worker to join the Intake - Reception Services Team.

This is a key frontline role working within the duty system, providing a responsive first point of contact for adult social work services. You will screen referrals, undertake initial assessments, manage risk, and ensure appropriate and proportionate responses to safeguard adults at risk.

You will work closely with internal teams and partner agencies including health, police, and third sector organisations, contributing to effective multi-agency responses.

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • Experience in adult social work, ideally within duty, intake or adult protection
  • Strong assessment, risk management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
