We are looking for a dedicated Support for Learning Assistant (SLA) to join our vibrant Early Years team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels empowered to explore and grow.
The Role
As an SLA in our Early Years classes, you will work closely with teachers to support children’s learning and development. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Inclusive Practice: Supporting children with Additional Support Needs (ASN) to ensure they are fully included in all activities.
- Creative Engagement: Assisting with the setup and delivery of play-based learning activities (indoors and outdoors!).
- Nurturing Wellbeing: Providing emotional support and helping children develop social skills and independence.
- Observation: Helping track progress and sharing insights with the teaching team to tailor our approach.

- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a school or nursery setting and a basic understanding of early childhood development.
