An opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Support for Learning Assistant (SLA) to join our team at Dunblane Primary School and Newton Primary School Nursery classes. This post is for 30 hours per week.

Applications are welcomed from enthusiastic, nurturing and committed individuals who have experience working with children of different ages and abilities, including those with additional or medical needs.

You will work within an enthusiastic and hardworking team to provide child centered opportunities, experiences and spaces for children to learn through play.

You will be a reliable, patient and innovative individual, who will work effectively in partnership with others. In addition, you will have good communication and organisational skills, a positive and solution focused attitude, and show a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a Support Worker in Daycare of Children.
