We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and nurturing Support for Learning Assistant to join our team.

This role will primarily involve supporting children with additional support needs within the nursery environment. You will work closely with practitioners to support children through their individual plans, helping them to access learning, develop skills at their own pace and reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive setting.

We are looking for someone who is:

Kind, patient and nurturing

Able to build strong, supportive relationships with children, families and staff

Committed to inclusion and meeting individual needs

Experienced or confident in supporting children with additional support needs

A flexible, reliable and positive team player
