Killin Primary are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support for Learning assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support children across all year groups, helping them engage with the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Working pattern: Monday to Thursday

8.45am – 2.45pm

6 hours per day (less 30min lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning support to individuals and small groups
  • Provide classroom support, ensuring all pupils can access learning effectively
  • Support pupils with additional needs, including those with learning difficulties, disabilities, or social and emotional challenges
  • Work closely with teachers, families and other professionals to implement support strategies
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supervise and assist pupils before school, during break and lunch times
