Cambusbarron Primary School are recruiting for a permanent part-time Support for Learning Teacher, 0.7 FTE.
Cambusbarron Primary School is looking for a committed, compassionate and inspiring teacher to join our nurturing team. We would welcome applications from candidates who have a high standard of demonstrable classroom practice with sound knowledge of curriculum, learning, teaching and assessment alongside the knowledge and skills to identify and support learners with a range of Additional Support Needs.
The successful candidate will be required to provide quality learning for all children and in particular those with Additional Support Needs. Providing specialist perspective to classroom teachers on methodology and teaching/learning materials for children and tracking impact of these interventions.
The successful candidate will conduct assessments of pupils to enable identification of learning profiles and needs and report this information to schools, parents, children and other agencies as appropriate.
In doing so you will carry out the roles of consultation, direct teaching, co-operative teaching and specialist services including assessment and staff development. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a strong track record in evaluating the impact of their practice.

You will have a relevant teaching qualification together with GTCS registration.
