An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Estates & Commercial Property team as a Survey & Information Assistant.

Answerable to the Team Leader, Estates & Commercial Property, and working alongside a further Survey & Information Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for the sourcing, management and dissemination of land and property information, including titles searching, interpretation and plotting (Sasine and ScotLIS); management of GIS layers; undertaking site surveys and plan production using AutoCAD and all other aspects of property information management.

The successful candidate will be educated to HNC/HND level or have equivalent experience and will be a self-starter, able to manage a wide-ranging and complex workload.
