West Dunbartonshire Council’s Procurement Service are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to recruit a Modern Apprentice

The Modern Apprentice will assist in administrative support services for the Councils Purchase to Pay System (WeBuy) which is used to allow orders to be raised, approved and issued to suppliers and for goods to then be received to allow payment to be processed.

The Modern Apprentice will have responsibility for supporting services to others through undertaking tasks or processes which contribute to the internal/external services provided by the Council to individuals, groups, or the public at large. This is predominantly through the provision of support services.

Throughout the apprenticeship, candidates will receive practical training and support to develop their skills and knowledge within a professional environment.

If you are aged 16-24 years (or up to age 29, if you are disabled or care experienced), resident within West Dunbartonshire, have 3 National Grade 5's (must include English and Mathematics) or equivalent or any other relevant qualifications and experience.
