STRATEGIC INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDING ADVISOR
(14 hours per week - Fixed-Term to 31 October 2025)
SALARY: £73,512 (pro rata) – Actual Salary £29,405 per annum
Dundee and Angus College are seeking an experienced Strategic Infrastructure Funding Advisor to support its Senior Leadership Team and board in developing and realising the next stages of our ambitious infrastructure strategy
The successful candidate will secure long-term strategic investments for infrastructure and campus development projects, aligning them with the College’s 10-year Infrastructure Strategy and the 2030 ‘Our College’ Strategy. This is a key role in shaping the College’s future growth.
If successful you will develop strategic, outline and full business cases for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with government and funding body guidelines. You will also identify and secure diverse funding sources, including government grants, private investments, and partnerships to strengthen the College's financial stability.
As an experienced infrastructure and funding professional you will develop and oversee funding bids that meet the College’s strategic objectives, while providing financial modelling and risk assessments to support informed decision-making by the Senior Leadership Team and Board.
Qualified to SCQF level 9 or equivalent within a relevant subject area and with extensive knowledge and experience of major infrastructure plans, projects and funding models, you will work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive successful investment outcomes in line with College strategy, ambitions and values.
This is a fixed-term role through to 31 October 2025 in the first instance. The role is part-time, two days (14 hours) per week based at our Kingsway campus with options for some hybrid working elements.
