c. £30,000 (subject experience, post is also subject to pending job evaluation)

Fife College is looking to appoint a talented, fresh-thinking and enthusiastic marketing and communications professional to join its Marketing and PR team as a Marketing and Campaigns Co-ordinator.

The role

You will be responsible for creating fresh, engaging content and helping run multi-channel campaigns. You will work on a broad range of marketing projects, covering all of our academic faculty area, our commercial teams, our university hub and degree pathway programmes, and even on our conference centre promotions. You will help drive brand awareness and purpose, promoting the college to our many stakeholder audiences and communicating the valuable role we play in the community and to the local economy.

The role is based on 35 hours per week working a mix of from home and from our Dunfermline campus.

You’ll have:

· A qualification at SCQF Level 8 or equivalent in a Marketing or Communications-related subject

· Experience of implementing successful marketing campaigns and measuring and demonstrating success

· Experience of developing tactical marketing plans across a range of channels to increase awareness, engagement and leads

· Experience of proposition development and briefing creative/studio and digital communications colleagues to translate this to finished artwork

· Experience of preparing agency briefs to commission external/paid-for media opportunities, and of pitching to media contacts and evaluating cost-effectiveness and appropriateness of agency recommendations

· Great people skills, a strong customer focus and a passion for what you do!

It’d be great if you also have:

· Experience of working within an FE or HE environment

· Experience of using content management systems

· Experience of working in a high-performing marketing/communications team
