Assistant Principal, Performance, Planning and Student Experience

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role provides strategic leadership for performance, planning, and the student experience, ensuring that quality enhancement and student support are fully aligned to maximise learner achievement, progression, and satisfaction. The postholder will lead the College’s quality enhancement framework, champion inclusive and innovative practice, and work closely with curriculum leaders and support teams to embed high-quality learning, teaching, assessment, and support.
