Job Description

You will act as a single point of contact for our employees and managers within your area of responsibility to provide professional advice, guidance and support and a comprehensive Human Resources Management service; proactively supporting our Senior Human Resources Business Partner in the delivery and ongoing development of our HR processes, systems, practices and cross functional projects: you will deal with casework timeously and in accordance with our procedures, current legislation and best practice.

Essential Criteria

You will be CIPD qualified (SCQF Level 8) and have previous experience in Human Resources Management practices along with a working knowledge of employment law and its application in the workplace. You will be a team player and be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
