We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic staff member that has excellent organisational and cleaning skills, who can support the Food Service Team Leader with deliveries, food preparation, equipment cleaning and general cleaning duties and assist in any other duties required.
You will be working within the busy Motherwell Campus of New College Lanarkshire providing services for staff, students and visitor throughout the year.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional standards in all aspects of food service; attention to detail is essential
- A proven track record in a high volume, quality catering establishment
- A demonstrated ability of continually improving standards
- Good communication skills, with confidence to communicate at all levels
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude is key, along with flexibility to adapt to changing daily demands
