LEARNING TECHNOLOGIST

£39,958 per annum, pro rata

35 hours per week

Motherwell Campus

Temporary – 12 Months

As a Learning Technologist based primarily at our Motherwell Campus, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the digital skills of our students and staff, empowering them to deliver cutting-edge learning experiences. From hands-on training to creative problem-solving, you’ll play a vital role in driving the college’s digital learning agenda forward.

What You’ll Do:

Support and mentor staff in adopting new technologies to enhance teaching, learning and assessment.

Lead staff development sessions, inspiring the use of innovative tools and techniques in both physical and virtual classrooms.

Develop and adapt teaching materials, making them accessible and engaging for learners via our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Work across campuses, collaborating with educators and students to foster a tech-driven, inclusive learning culture.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of HND (SCQF8) or equivalent in a relevant field.

Hands-on experience with e-learning technologies and a strong understanding of how they enhance teaching and learning.

Creative thinking, enthusiasm for digital transformation and the ability to drive impactful change.
