Senior Student Retention Officer

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Student Recruitment Officer. You will assist in enhancing learner retention, achievement and progression by providing individual and group advice and support for College learners, help with the development of Student Retention activity and supervise the work of the Student Retention team.
You will work with relevant College staff to monitor attendance, achievement and progress of learners and identify those who may be experiencing difficulty.
It is expected that you will be qualified to SCQF Level 7 or educational comparability. You will be an effective communicator with excellent administration skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
