We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated professional to join our Care Team.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Vocational Assessor and hold a minimum of a SVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), together with a relevant Workplace Assessor qualification and, ideally, an Internal Verifier qualification. Applicants should have relevant experience in Clinical Care and/or Childcare. Consideration may be given to splitting the post across the Care/Healthcare and Childcare subject areas.
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills along with a proven ability to engage and motivate learners to succeed. You will be a highly effective team player who actively supports colleagues and can build and maintain positive relationships with employers and candidates.
The role will involve the assessing Clinical Care and Childcare candidates within the workplace. If you have relevant industry experience and are enthusiastic about supporting learners to achieve their qualifications, we would welcome your application.

QUALIFICATIONS 1. HNC Childhood Practice (SCQF Level 7) / SVQ Social Services Children and Young People Level 3 (SCQF 7), or equivalent in the relevant subject area

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
1. Up to date vocational experience in the relevant area.
2. Experience as a trainer or experience of training staff in the relevant area*
