North East Scotland College is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised College Administrator to join its Business and Community Development team.bThis is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of activities and projects, providing high-quality administrative support to students, colleagues and external stakeholders.


The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple competing priorities, maintain accurate records and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, good attention to detail, and a strong customer service ethos. The ability to build positive relationships, provide a responsive and professional service, and take pride in delivering high-quality work is essential.


As a key member of a supportive and collaborative team, you will play an important role in helping the College deliver an outstanding experience for everyone who engages with us.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. National 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  1. Experience of using Word, Excel and Outlook to carry out a variety of tasks.
  2. Experience of effectively organising and prioritising own workload to meet deadlines.
  3. Ability to operate within formalised procedures and policies.
  4. Ability to operate effectively without close supervision.
  5. *Previous experience of office administration.
  6. *Experience of working as part of a team within a large organisation.
  7. *Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation.
