Lecturer in Business (Ref. No. L701)

Full Time/Permanent/Aberdeen City Campus

Salary: £35,170.00- £43,357.00 per annum (pay award pending – current offer additional £3.5K pro rata per annum)

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for teaching who is keen to pass on their knowledge to our students. The successful candidate will hold a Degree level (or equivalent) qualification in a related area.

 

The individual should be a good business generalist with a passion for business and administration.

 

If you are a highly effective team player who has the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with students and colleagues we want you to come and join our team.

 

You should also be willing to work towards a TQFE (Teaching Qualification in Further Education) once employment has commenced if you do not already hold a relevant teaching qualification.

 

The closing date for applications will be 5th April 2024.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Degree or equivalent qualification (min SCQF Level 9) in Business/Management
  2. Up to date experience in Business/Administration environment

  4. * Teaching qualification (TQFE or equivalent)
  5. * Assessment experience
  6. * Assessment qualification
  7. * ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence)
  8. * GTC registration
