Salary: Grade 4 Points 18 to 22
£32,613 to £35,655 per annum pro rata (subject to pending job evaluation)
West Lothian College is looking to appoint a Fairer Life Chances Projects Co-ordinator. This role will report directly to the Student Support Manager, supporting the diverse and proactive delivery of Access, Employability and Schools supported by Lottery funding.
Duties will include participating in project activities to widen access to those who currently face barriers or have previously found challenges in education. The postholder will coordinate and deliver special project activity to ensure efficient participation and use a wide range of evaluation methods to inform ongoing improvement and to capture impact of the project. They will maintain a positive brand image, facilitate internal and external communication to publicise work, via online social media, blog activity, project publicity events, etc.
The successful post holder will require to be flexible and work well as part of a small team.
